        The focus of this firm is civil litigation. We have significant experience litigating cases in state and federal court and in various local, state and federal governmental agencies. In particular, the firm has experience in, and focuses on, the following: Insurance defense litigation, including products liability, construction defect, mass casualty, torts and first party bad faith and extra-contractual claims against insurers;Insurance coverage matters, including issuing formal coverage opinions, rendering emergency and high priority policy advice to carriers, litigating complex coverage disputes and filing declaratory judgment actions;Commercial litigation;Plaintiffs' personal injury representation; andMatters regarding Civil Monetary Penalties and Exclusions levied by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

        Kerry Hultquist proved himself to be a skilled attorney. He also went well out of his way to help my husband and I. At every turn, he went the extra step.
