Holistic Health Care Clinic Emphasizing Gentle & Specific Chiropractic Care. Dr. Charles Ruckel, a native of Fort Wayne, has been in practice since 1983. Dr. Ruckel attended school locally at Bishop Luers High School and IPFW before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and graduating in 1982. In addition to his background in Chiropractic medicine, he has been utilizing nutritional counseling and diet for over 30 years with extensive study and training. Dr. Ruckel is also a licensed acupuncturist and has been practicing acupuncture for over 5 years.
