This is one of the worse places. Pulled in saw all the oil spills around the building on the ground. Know people who worked it's very bad. Heard the owner said he would not have an oil change there. That's very sad. They use old outdated equipment and very unsafe for the employees.

I'm a 15 year customer of Patriot Tire and have purchased every tire for my three vehicles there exclusively. However, in the last year they have cheated me and attempted to cheat me twice. I had my car brought in for service and I was told one price on the phone for the work. When I arrived the manager quoted me a price that was much higher and said that was the price he quoted me. In addition, I asked specifically about an item I asked him to complete and he assured me it was done and that he personally saw to it. I went out in the parking lot and it as clear that NOTHING had been done to that particular item. Upon being confronted this liar claimed he never told me he would complete that repair. Having a little faith or being too loyal I went back for a slow leak to one of my tires where they were purchased. I was told the tire was no good and that I"d have to purchase a new set of tires even though the tread and general condition of the tires was very good. I refused the new tires and went to Discount Tire where they fixed the problem for free. I plan on attempting to contact the owner of this store and letting him know that his new crooked manager has cost him the sale of two sets of tires. One in December 2015 after the liar didn't do the first work and another later this year that is due. What a pathetic situation for the owner of this store, but perhaps he deserves what he'll get as people figure this out and he looses business. This new manager is a real piece of work and should be fired.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE REPAIR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do NOT take your car to Patriot Tire on Fernhill Dr. I have taken my car there for a few years and in the last 12-18 months have gotten horrible service. They have overcharged me for brake work that was not done correctly, and of course will fix it for another $320 after I originally paid $600 for new brakes and machined rotors! I have taken my car there for an oil change and after picking it up 2 hours later, noticed the little reminder sticker had not been replaced, brought it to their attention and they told me to wait a few minutes, the oil had actually NOT been changed at all!!! Also went in for tire rotation and as I went to leave, front tire made an ugly loud clanking sound, stopped and jumped out of the car and the tire was falling off because the lugnuts were not tightened at all. I had my daughter in the car with me, talk about dangerous. They had a guy run out, tighten that tire and then had me pull back in because the tires had not even been rotated!! I had always been loyal to Patriot, but not anymore. I will never spend another dollar at Patriot Tire!! Never even got an apology for all the 'mishaps' and Rick the manager is the RUDEST person ever. PLEASE, PLEASE if you care about your car and not throwing away money DO NOT go here.

You won't find a friendly smile and good customer service here. I bought tires here and came in for routine oil change and one of the tires was low. I was told I needed to buy a new tire and I had to demand they call another store to prove my purchase. Tire was under warranty still being it was so new. They pro-rated the tire so it still cost me and had to order it because it wasn't in stock. I went back in 2 days later to give back "loaner" tire and waited an additional hour for them to tell me the wheel was bent. I already waited 4 hours for an oil change 2 days prior. I will never refer business to Patriot Tire.

I took my car in to get new brakes, pads, rotors, and an oil change. After they inspected my car, they called me and gave me a quote of about $300 not including labor. I went in the next day to pick up my car knowing it was going to be more money but when I got my bill it said $650.00! I was shocked. The man who called me the previous day was not in (conveniently) and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude. She was not trying to be helpful but made it clear she was stressed because they were busy. My issue with this place is not that they didn't fix my car well. My issue is that they omitted that final price everything would cost when they called me to let me know how much work needed to be done on the car. When someone is spending that much money on their car, they need to know exactly how much money everything is going to cost before they get their bill. It's customary to keep the costumer informed, right? I am disappointed with the way the employees at the Dupont location handled my situation and felt like they were rude, unwilling to help, and unsympathetic. My whole family brought their cars to patriot. We will not longer be using their services in the future.

I was very impressed with the Dupont location. The guys at the counter were very helpful and even beat another company's sale price for me. They were very busy but they still made sure all of my questions were answered. Everyone was professional and I will be going there from now on, and recommending them to everyone.

I wouldn't go to this company for several reasons one the owners treat all customers like a meal ticket. They lie to the customer about promise times by not having a scheduling system that works. They tell you their techs are ASE Certified when only a few out of the entire chain are. At eighty five dollars an hour a dealership would give greater rewards. For Example a guaranteed promise time, ASE Techs and repaired properly without causing more issues.I also believe their policy is get them for what you can but don't let them get away.

I went to Patriot because my fiance has in the past and trusts the mechanics. I had to get 4 new tires put on, and when I walked in the guy at the counter was on the phone... I waited... realized it was a personal call, and asked if someone else could help me. I got the 'just a minute' finger. WOW. My vehicle went in was taken care of in about 45 minutes, and when I went to pay looked at the business cards to see if there was one for the manager to call about the front counter service. The manager was the guy that was on the counter! I spoke with the owner a few days later and was promised a voucher for a free oil change. Made an appointment the next week to have an alignment only to show up the day of and learn that their alignment machine was broken! They couldn't call me because they supposedly did not have my # in their system (hard to believe). Went to the other location (Lima & Dupont) the next day and recieved my alignment, much better service at the counter (and seemed quicker!) They redeemed themselves, but I am still waiting on that free oil change (it's been a month guys...)

Two hours to put on two tires.
