NO B.S. TOWING AND RECOVERY

No B.S. Towing & Recovery is fabulous! I had a flat tire, and the driver arrived within the time I was advised to put on the spare for me. The driver was very friendly and polite and had to change the tire on a cold, snowy day today. I highly recommend their service and will call them again for future needs. My son is a college student at IPFW and had car problems last night. We live over an hour away and are not mechanical. My son had already tried to jump the car with no luck thinking he had more of a problem than a dead battery, He called No B.S. Towing. They sent a driver who jumped his car again and that was the problem. We are so thankful for this towing service and would recommend it highly. The company could have easily had the car towed somewhere and charged an outrageous amount to fix a problem that he didn't have and we could have done nothing about it. The fee was $40. I wouldnt even give them 1 star if i had a choice!! This place is the absolute WORST EVER!! They told me 30-45 min and it took them twice as long to get there. The driver was nice but when we got to our destination we tried to discuss the final bill b/c of the damage and the length of time and the driver said she couldn’t handle it we would have to talk to the owner BJ. We called him he went off on us. He then shows up and speaks to my friend then COMES INTO THAT BUSINESS AND STARTS YELLING AT ME. I haven’t even said anything to him. That is soooo very disrespectful to me and the other business We went outside I said 2 words and this guy looses it and just starts going off on me screaming cursing flinging his arms everywhere. I became worried he was going to hit someone so I called the police!! We finally ended up just paying the full amount just to get my now damaged car back! And I will now be taking him to court!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, CRUDE, VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MESS OF A COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

Professional, affordable and timely. They picked my truck up when promised, even helped me push it into my garage. Nice guys. I found a new tow company.

I was in an accident, and instead of using the city towing service that would cost a fortune...I called No BS Towing and Recovery, which you may call your own service when involved in an accident...if you did not know!!! Bj, the owner was there with in 15mins flat! No BS Towing and Recovery saved me about $50 because using the city towing company, they charge a clean up fee also! This by far is one of the most affordable towing companies in the Fort Wayne area, they are very reliable and professional! In all my future roadside service needs I will not call anybody but NO BS TOWING and RECOVERY...They are very prompt on their agreement upon time arrival (less than 20 minutes), the dispatcher and driver were both very kind hearted, and compassionate by the horrible situation that I was in!!!

This Tow Company is very professional and reliable, I was stranded on the Indiana-Ohio state line. No BS Towing and Recovery was there w/in a half-hour time limit. No BS Towing and Recovery understood my situation and was very empathetic to my feelings...There is nothing more aggrevating than being stranded in the middle of no-where, and having to deal with such situations.
