Not only do you educate, and take time to teach us clients, the importance of what flea meds to buy (by giving us insight why most don't work-missing a ingredient)...let alone the recalled brand(s). Impressed highly that you actually care about offering options (minimizing tests, unless necessary) to help financially individuals strapped ... AND (gives ya a pat on your back) that your whole business thrives with utmost care and great superior knowledge of your profession and field. Not all vet's are the same, and will leave that at that!!! Should of known about you a long ago. Alas, am grateful with genuine sincerity that not only do you have a long lifetime client, but I sure do brag about what (as in whole) what you represent and offer. If no one values my rating and opinion, I do hope they give you a gander once they are in need and find out for themselves of all these benefits n more. All would be foolish not to. With of what little facts I just shared, I (we) personally want to thank you AGAIN and share how we could not do without ya. Taj Mahal building...Taj Mahal staff (of love of care)...Without the pressure or Taj Mahal price's. God bless! See you next time

This vet saved the life of one of my fur babies. They also did their best to save a senior rescue dog we had. They give our current fur babies the BEST treatment ever. Angie, Alisha, and the front desk staff are awesome! The vets, Dr. Cawood, Dr. Smith, and Dr. O'Leary and their entire staff are very caring people. I have referred many people here and have yet to hear one negative comment. These people can just about work miracles with treatment. I am thankful they are our vet!

Overall
good doctors, poor front desk.

Well if you can put up with being placed on hold for ten minutes every time you call, appointments not being put on the books, and your price match for meds not being recorded, then its a good place with good doctors.

Best Vet in Entire area!!

Took our animals in to have annual exams and found out that our pets that had been seen on a regular basis by other vets had multiple dental issues and our fat lab with little hair was found to have hypothyroid problems. The othervets only gave shots and left. No discussion, no education, no curiosity, just vaccines and bye bye. The professionalism of this place is outstanding. All the vets are top notch and we love going thre. So do our pets. Their prices are reasonable and they are recommended by all our friends as well. Those who have had bad experiences here seem to have general bad experiences that could happen anywhere. Don't blame the vet for your delay in bringing your cat in for issues. Check anyone elses prices and compare, this place is the cat's meow for service and value.

Overall
disappointing

We took our cat in with severe dehydration. The vet placed him on an IV and kept him overnight. He did not make it. The doctor called in the morning to let us know he did not make it. We were crushed to find out our Himalayan cat did not live and to add insult to injury, our bill was about $40 more than we were told it would be. We paid over $200 for a cat that died. We also took another kitten to them and it was given it's shots, given a feline leukemia test and it died a couple months later from feline leukemia. I wouldn't take another pet to this place.

NEVER AGAIN!

NEVER AGAIN!

I took my 6 yr. old lab to the Indian Creek Vet Hosp. for neutering. seen the doc. for this apt. less than 2 mins. said he would cut out a cyst while my dog was under for his surgery, never did. I paid $20.00 for an assistant to drain it. lasted a day and the swelling was back.

I had asked the assistant, why the doc. did not cut the cyst as promised. got no answer from her or anyone else for that matter.

assistant that explained the after care, was not specific enough about the whole deal. after having 2 male cats and a male lab neutered at the spay & neuter clinic on Broadway, I feel I received better service there.

I picked up my 6 yr old from ICVH on Friday after the surgery at 3:30 pm, by 5:00 pm, he was swollen like a baseball! I tried to call the ICVH (who has at least 3 Vets) got no answer. answering machine referred me to the emergency vet on Stellhorn/Maplecrest. Monday morning, called ICVH again, got the same answer as the emergency vet. use ice. did not get a "bring him in and we'll look at him". would have taken 2 minutes to give me an antibiotic. 10 days later, for his check up-stitches removal, I get a "he is in server pain!" "we'll give him an antibiotic and use bag balm".

one last thing I was displeased about. the neuter was suppose to cost me $70.00. final cost, $138.00. They fail to tell you it's $12.00 for a plastic collar to keep them from digging. my dog didnt need it. he is very well behaved and trained.

every time you call there, you are put on hold. my opinion...they are too busy. and to read these other reviews that say how they love this hosp.....unbelievable! I think it's a money racket without enough help! & too many clients.

terrible service! what would have taken minutes, lasted over 10 days. my dog suffered because of their negligence.

Overall
The Best place for your pet by far!!

This office has done more than met my satisfaction! I have worked with Dr. Schenkel and Dr. Reinhart and they are two of the best veterinarians I have ever seen! This place not only has exceptional customer service but also exceptional cleanliness as well! In addition to that, they have some of the best prices in town! I would not take my pets anywhere else because I know that they are going to be taken care of at Indian Creek! I strongly recomend this business to anyone who cares about their pets!
