While other were out of stock they had the product that I needed, and it was 20 percent lower than a couple of the other big distributors that I checked. I highly recommend giving them a look if you are in the market for sporting equipment. Again, nice people too.

I followed the instructions in the above Gunpro video and placed an order on their online site. The confirmation came back: "order accepted.. we'll email you when gun ships"*. I checked my CC and the money had been debited, so I assumed we had a contract.

Email did come the next day, but it didn't say "gun shipped" as expected, instead it said: "send another $35 to get your gun, or send $15 to get your money back!"* Gunpro claimed: their online program had miscalculated the shipping charge and it was the customer's fault!

I live in Alaska, and when placing the order, I got the FFL's name and address including zip code, from the program's drop-down list. And that info was all correct. FFL is also ship-to address that shipping charge is calculated on. So if Gunpro's program miscalculated shipping charge, it had nothing to do with customer input!

Nevertheless they claimed it was all my fault, and they wanted compensation: either $35 for extra shipping or $15 for canceling the order. However, eventually the whole amount showed up as a credit, back to my account.

Their prices seem competitive enough though. If you live in the contiguous 48 states, they might br OK. Nevertheless, buyer beware! Especially if you live in AK or HI.

I was a little apprehensive to buy from this company at first because it had very few reviews online, but I am so glad that I did because this is the best online gun purchase (or any gun purchase for that matter) I have ever made. No exaggeration! First of all, when I first I called their customer service, I didn't get a response, and my perceptions kind of grew wary. I sent an email question through the website, and then I get a call in 5 minutes from one of the managers/owners from a person named Nate who left a voicemail. I was astonished at the supremely expedient response because most email responses are replied in hours or days. Alright, so a week passed and then I call their customer service again, but again no answer so I'm thinking they're just busy. Lo and behold, after making that call and NOT leaving a message, Nate calls me again, and I finally talk to him asking him questions about his company and my concerns about making a purchase (asked if the gun model pictured was the correct one I would be receiving). I was instantly relieved of my concerns after talking to Nate because he assured me that I would be taken care of. He wasn't kidding. After I made that purchase that day, the gun shipped out the very next day which is completely unheard of in all of my online gun buying days! I have purchased over 20 guns online, and absolutely no one has ever shipped in one day except Gun Pro Corporation (Gunprodeals.com). That is freaking amazing! I got the gun a few days later and it shoots like a dream. Therefore, to all prospective buyers, do not worry if your call is not answered at first because you will get a response very soon (Nate explained that they are quite busy at times). Secondly, you can expect very fast shipping. And lastly, this company will provide excellent, outstanding customer service to ensure a happy purchase. They are now my preeminent choice for online gun purchases. This review has been an honest and unsolicited review.

I orderd a pistol and the next day the price dropped and They have very good customer service. They gave me the new price. Great prices.
