        I’ve worked with Fort Wayne IT Solutions for several years now. I know that I can count on them to bail me out if something crazy happens and I’m in too deep. I’ve utilized their services primarily for Windows Server support and network infrastructure planning and diagnostics. In 2012 we had a severe storm that took out our primary server that provided essential services to my users. I called Fort Wayne IT Solutions around 10PM and had them onsite within an hour. They worked through the night to migrate my now dead server to a new machine. By the time everyone arrived for the start of the day we had a fully functional system, and two very exhausted IT guys! I don’t know of any other company where I could get this level of service, nor do I want to seek one out. I’m pleased knowing that they have my back, and I will continue to utilize their services whenever I’m in over my head.
