Chappell's very own Sou Chef Brian Stewart brings Ft Wayne it's biggest and best salad bar. The salad bar is a must try when dining at Chappell's. Everything was so fresh and plentiful.Chicken salad, macaroni salad, potato salads, that taste like grandma made. So many items to choose from and too many to mention this is not your typical salad bar. This is a salad lovers delight, a veggie lovers dream, and a hungry mans cooked meal.
