A-1 Limousine & Taxi

Very poor customer service. I made a reservation with the owner and confirmed the date with him. The supposed scheduled limo to pick up my daughter as a surprise for her birthday NEVER showed up! I called to ask about the limo and was told that it was scheduled for the next day. This was just a birthday, I cant even imagine this "honest mistake" as he called it for a wedding. I told him how ticked I was and that my daughters special day was ruined. Not even a let me try to keep your business, rectify the situation...Nothing. BE ADVISED OF THE HONEST MISTAKE IF YOU RENT FROM A1.

After I reserved a trip (one quoted for more than I could afford with other companies) I was swiftly called to confirm my reservation, and spoke to my cab driver. He was very friendly and welcoming, and arrived earlier than he had to, even offering to go out of his way to the local grocery store, where I needed to pick up some things for my trip, all for no extra charge! His welcoming manner extended to the car drive as we conversed all the way to my destination. The trip itself was quick and comfortable, and I arrived with plenty of time left for my bus trip to the big city.

I'm going to book my return trip tomorrow, and would recommend the taxi-cab service to others - great prices, too!

These guys left me hanging after I reserved a limo in February for my May wedding. When I called to confirm my reservation about a week before the wedding they some how had the wrong time written down...I was getting married at 3:30pm and they tried to tell me I told them a 4:00pm pick-up. No way! It was an hour long wedding! Then they would not even work with me to fix it. I had to call all the other limo services to find a limo and most of their competitors only had bad things to say about A-1. Very Very displeased by my service.
