Do your homework before buying from Westrum. Make sure you knock on neighbors doors and ask them how they like Westrum's warranty service, its customer service and above all quality of houses built. Don't believe everything that is told to you and be smart as you are purchasing a house. My recommendation is to have someone licensed regularly check in on the house being built to make sure no corners are being cut and the quality is good. Make sure you find everything within the one year warranty period because if you don't good luck getting any return calls or service.
