I can only speak on the lack of customer service I experienced. I called this company over a week ago to get a simple quote to finish a media room in the basement of the house that we’re having built. The lady named Aprol seemed nice enough, but I had to do a lot of explaining regarding what we were looking to have done. It’s a simple job, but she seemed really confused as to what I was explaining/asking.

To make it easier, I sent her the exact blueprint of the basement and room we were looking to have completed. She advised I would get a quote in a matter of 24 hours. It’s been over a week and still no quote. I called her back to follow up, she said someone would contact me. Surprise, Surprise...still no follow up or quote. If this is how they treat customers, looks like they did us a favor.
