        Disappointed....

        I eat at dennys pretty often and tonight was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Period. We get here and it takes 10 min for someone to see us and seat us. Then after sitting it takes another 5 min to get orders. They were out of cranberry juice. Drinks finally came out 10 min later which we then got asked for about appetizers. Ordered cheese fries. Another 5 min later guy Jeremiah came back for our food orders. Another 5-10 min went by and finally the fries came out. Fries were gone between the four of us and it took 15 min for him to come back and tell me I'm sorry about the wait, still working on the food. Then after another 10 min food is brought out only for me to be told that I my chicken and sausage can't be made cause they are out of a few things to make it. Without getting a menu to order something else I have to think of something off my head to eat. Now I'm waiting another 10 minutes for food. Asked for cheese for someones burger. Never came. Finally having eaten, was forced to sit and wait another 10 min after being done and everyone else way way done before that, we finally got our ticket. No compensation, no discounts. Also another thing to note, a group that came in after us left cause they sat for 20 min without drinks even ordered. Very horrible experience for a Friday night being out of everything and poor service. Tsk tsk.
