General Info

Started in 1979, 3 generations of a family run business. Sandy Williams the company founder began the business after hitch-hiking down to Daytona Beach and being inspired to start his own operation. Years later with a pilot's license and a dream, he moved his family to Fort Walton Beach and purchased an airplane and enough equipment to fly for his first customer. The company quickly flourished with the help of Sandys three sons Mike, Mark, and Matt, and his wife Bernice. The family's involvement still remains critical to managing the business successfully. Mark Williams worked hand in hand with his Dad Sandy until his passing in 2015. Sandy and Marks son Noah continue his legacy today. Boomer Aviation now operates two operations, 8 airplanes, and covers the entire Gulf Coast.
