B-3 Properties

This is the WORST place to rent from!!!! They are HORRIBLE to their tenants! They REFUSE to fix the problems with their complex!! ANY OF THEM!!! They come up with bogus claims to evict people, and once the oil industry has sky rocketed they raised their rent for their new tenants to 1200.00 a month!!!!
They have a tenant here they paid 700.00 then the next tenant as the oil industry progressed paid 800-900 then as it progressed to 1200.00 a month. ALL THE SAME SIZE OF APARTMENT!!! Thankfully our lawyer has agreed to take on this case and begin the suit!!!! Good luck B3!!!!
