Gadget Grave

I had a problem with a smartphone. The carrier said to contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer said to contact the carrier. After going back and forth three or four times I decided to try Gadget Grave. They reviewed the problem, told me they could fix it within two days for a very reasonable price. I agreed, they called the next day to say it was fixed. And it was.

Throughout the entire process, the employees were very professional, thorough, and courteous. I can't recommend them enough. They are the best at what they do, bar none.

Very good at what they do. A little expensive, but when u r the only service in town, u can be. I would recommend them for any computer or call phone repair.

Such a friendly and competent staff! I've never been so impressed by a local business. Everyone I've talked to has been so kind and approachable, while still being incredibly knowledgeable. That's always a huge reassurance to us less tech-savvy customers. Before coming in, I honestly had no idea just how many different KINDS of electronics they work on - pretty much everything but the kitchen sink. They've been fantastic with my phone, my boyfriend's 3DS, and even our broken Macbook. I will definitely be returning the next time a piece of technology inevitably fails me. :)

I have taken my iPhone here 3 times, each time it has come back with more problems than it started with. By the time they were done fixing the screen my proximity was shot and the home button has never worked right again. They have the quality of service of doing the repairs at home on your own using YouTube to instruct you. There is nothing expert or even knowledgable about their work. Friends have had similar issues, I think the good reviews are paid or bots. I seriously suggest finding someplace else for iPhone repairs or sending it to apple to get fixed. I would never suggest this place to anyone I know.

I originally went to Gadget Grave to sell a laptop, and got a good amount. But while I was waiting for tech to check it, I decided I would get a color kit for my iPhone 4. After I picked it up I returned home and discovered that there was something wrong with my phone, so I took it back to GG and they said they would fix it free of charge (they had to change the color). When I returned to get it, they had accidentally used the wrong color for the front, so they gave me a free case of my choice. I asked if I could have my screen protector off the first color kit returned, but it had already been thrown away. So they gave me 10 free ones. In addition to all this, the people were friendly and very helpful, and the service was very speedy, ~2 hours for a CCK. Very satisfied!

I take all my business to gadget grave. They have repaired cell phones, laptops, net book, and game consoles for us. I always leave as a satisfied customer. The prices are great the work is guaranteed and the service is always professional and friendly. Thanks again guys :)

Fast, friendly and professional. These guys fixed my iPhone 4 an my wife's 3GS in about an hour. Very polite and courteous. If you are in need these guys will take great care of you.

My xbox stopped working about 2 months ago. I was looking over craigslist and I saw Gadget Grave's post saying they repair smartphones, iphones, and consoles. They had the xbox for 3 days (they were waiting on parts). $60 later, my RROD is no more!

My screen was shattered. I could not see anything on the iPhone 3gS. I called Gadget Grave and set up an appointment to get my iPhone fixed, and they got me right in. The repair took about an hour. It cost $120 and they gave me a free screen protector. I also purchased a Box defender case while I was there so I dont break my iPhone again! These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I am recommending them to everyone I know with an iPhone!

Gadget Grave is AWESOME!!! They were the only repair place in town that said 'If we cant fix it, you dont have to pay'. That was the selling point (not to mention they were half the price of the phone dr's). I have already sent my father-in-law to get his screen fixed. They got him taken care of immediately.
