        Our funeral home was established in 1863, and is one of Kansas' oldest funeral homes. We are an independently, family owned funeral home, serving southeast Kansas and southwest Missouri. We offer a complete range of funeral services, including: * Funerals * Cremation * Funeral Pre-Planning And Aftercare Please feel free to contact us with your questions, comments, or suggestions. The Carriage House The Carriage House is located south of the funeral home at 301 S. Main Street. The purpose is to provide a gathering place for families. There is seating for 50, including a small kitchen and serving area. An antique horse-drawn hearse is on display in the front window, inspiring the name "The Carriage House." The Carriage House is not only used for funeral purposes, but also for community activities, support groups, and special family events.
