Miracle Eyebrows

Hello Kim W. and napleskitty, Just responding to your reviews I apologize for your bad experiences. Usually our environment is very friendly and professional , we try to work with everyone's needs and ensure all customers leave happy and satisfied . Though on busy days it can get a little hectic we try to remain calm and collected. For that reason we do not schedule appointments, we are strictly walk in to keep everything fair. I'm hoping to meet you to change your prospective on this company. I hope you decide to give us a try again. If you come back remind us who you are so we can take extra care of you both. Thank you

The lady there has THE worst attitude: I made an appointment at 2:15 to get my eyebrows done during my lunch hour through Yelp because it gave the option to and I got a confirmation back 10min later. I showed up about 15min before my appointment and there were people already there waiting. At 2:14 she called someone else over to her chair and I asked if I can go next since I made my appointment and need to get back to work. She said, "we don't do appointments." I showed her the confirmation and she said "I should can understand of the weekend, but it's only Tuesday. They will only take a few minutes, you can sit and wait a little bit." It wasn't only about what she said, but it was how she said it; it was very demeaning and felt like a child being scolded for trying to make her uphold her appointments that she confirmed so I wouldn't be late for work. I walked out and will NEVER return. Her service may be good (I wouldn't know), but her professionalism and mannerism needs some dire work.

Horrible. My eyebrows were done by an expert for one year in boca raton. Unfortunately, I had to move and visited miracle eyebrows.the lady left me with tiny uneven eyebrows. I will never go back again, I am going to have to drive to Naples to try someone else, but of course I am going to have messy eyebrows for 1 month at least!
