Master of Disaster Land Care Inc

Master of Disaster cannot be trusted !!! They mention over and over that they have been in business over 17 years but they do not back their work up. When they came to my house for an estimate they stated they could not do a one sided Tiki. Then they stated they could and,pushed for it to be done right away because they were in such high demand. The Tiki Bar went up and looked good, but two nights later it started raining and my bar was soaked ! They did not propely install it to protect my bar. I called the owner Suzan to let her know what had happened, after spending $2100.00 I was sure they would fix their mistake. Instead of taking responsibilty she went on to say that THEY WERE NOT DESIGNERS, AND THAT WE ORDERED A TIKI HUT AND THATS WHAT WE GOT ??? I should of known better after they insisted to be paid with cash for the remainder of the job. They tried to then charge me for a whole seperate job to fix their mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK !!!
