All Saints Eye Center

I agree with the previous reviewer and I also love the staff here. I bought my first pair of glasses from them two years ago after a bad experience with Lens Crafters. As stated below, the staff is kind, friendly and professional. Giovanna (Gio) was awesome!!! I am basically blind and can not see how the glasses look on me when I try them on. I didn't like the ones that would be covered by my insurance company without having to pay out of pocket. Gio went into the back and came back with a beautiful pair of glasses which suited me perfectly. (I got a lot of compliments on them). At the time, I was out of work due to a severe injury. Gio helped me with the agency covering my deductible so they covered the full amount. This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I went back last week for a new pair. I have moved some distance from their location but I made the trip because my previous experience was so wonderful. Again, the staff was great! Victoria is helpful, efficient and has a great attitude. Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in his exam. Gio, again, was great! She helped me pick out another beautiful pair and choose the best lenses for my eyesight. She also fixed the damaged pair that I am wearing now so they are wearable and more comfortable while I await arrival of my new ones. I am going back in January to purchase another pair to keep as a backup. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs.

I love the staff at All Saints Eye Center in South Fort Myers! Everyone is very kind, professional and friendly. They make me feel very comfortable when I'm in for an eye exam!- Cindy M
