        O' Sole Mio Trattoria Italiana is a full service Italian restaurant in Fort Morgan, CO serving lunch and dinner daily Monday to Saturday, closed Sunday. There is seating for 60 and with a quaint patio for al fresco dining. The atmosphere is cozy, decorated in the style of an Italian trattoria a traveler might find on an excursion to the South of Italy. O' Sole Mio prides itself on its deliciously authentic Italian cuisine from the owner's home region, Puglia, Italy located along the Southern Adriatic Coast as well as other regional dishes of Italy. Penne Bolognese, Carbonara, Parmigiana and Cozze are featured along side, tender 12 oz. steak, farm-raised tilapia, pizza margherita and a scrumptious selection of classic Italian desserts, like tiramisu and cannoli to round out the menu options. The service is relaxed and friendly.
