Drees and four friends lived in the house until it sold, and The Drees Company was born. Drees Homes has locations in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina and Texas. The Drees Company maintains its headquarters in Fort Mitchell, Ky. Additional locations include Covington, Ky.
