These guys are the best in town. I shopped around and talked to customers of different services, and hands down this was not only the best price but the the best result. I had an awful builders shower removed and put in a beautiful all glass new shower. could not be happier with the result. My neighbors have also had the work done and everyone has only the best things to say.

Long review. But well worth the read, if you are interested in Carolina SGO. First of all, I am a bit of an extremist when it comes to being a consumer. I like to do my research in effort to being properly informed and educated about what I am purchasing. Especially when it comes to contractors working inside my home! I contacted 8 local companies to obtain estimates for my needs for a frameless shower enclosure. Out of the 8 companies, only 5 even took the time to reply to me. (Still amazed about that one) Anyways, out of the 5 that replied, Carolina SGO where the ONLY ones who actually answered all of my initial questions with their first replay. Everyone else either did not answer hardly any of my questions or they just flat out provided estimates for items that were totally different than what I requested. Basically trying to up sale me on a bunch of extra products or services. There was one in Matthews (I will not mention the name) that was like communicating with a 2nd grader. The grammar was horrific and it was like pulling teeth to try to get info from him. He was supposedly the Sales Manager too. That is scary. Anyways, Carolina SGO had the least expensive price by far and that initially concerned me, as I do not normally go with the least expensive company. HOWEVER, I was so impressed with their initial response and communication, that I decided to make a visit to their showroom. Boy I am glad that I did! The showroom was very nice and they went above and beyond on educating me on my purchase. I even had the opportunity to speak directly with the installers, who are actually also the owners. They were all family. Needless to say, I hired them to not only install my frameless shower in my bathroom, but also hired them for a frameless shower door for my daughter’s bathroom & the mirrors in all my bathrooms. Every part of the purchase from start to finish was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Truly the best experience I have had with any of the contractors on this project. (As well as, any previous projects) In a nut shell, if you get an estimate from them and it happens to be a lot less than the other bids you are getting, do not let that run you away. I am so glad I went with my gut and decided to go visit them in person! You will too!
