Total MD

I personally have had the best experience at Total MD over the past few months. I was experiencing severe back pain over the past few months and came to Total MD from a personal referral. Through their use of chiropractic and physical therapy treatments, I am able to say that my back pain has significantly decreased and most days I am completely not in pain now. Total MD was able to pinpoint the cause of my back pain and treat it accordingly. John Arena is one of the best physical therapists I have come to know. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Aquino and Dr. Orta were also integral in determining the cause of my pain. Further, the staff at Total MD has been very friendly and welcoming. I could not ask for better care! I would recommend them to any of my family members and friends for all of their medical related needs.

WORST customer service! As a PCP you should give result to your patients! Dr. assistant is RUDE and tries to make you feel stupid. As a medical professional I know the ropes. Leaving patients on hold for over 20 minutes is really convenient.
