Before his move to South Florida, he was a partner at the law firm of Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., in Manhattan. David also served as in-house counsel to the largest insurance carrier in North America. David graduated magna cum laude from New York Law School in 1994, where he was honored with American Jurisprudence Awards in Evidence, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. In law school, he served as the Managing Editor of the International Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Association. He completed his undergraduate studies in managerial law at Syracuse University.
