The Bird House Fll

I did not have much luck here at the Bird House. I waited in the parking lot until 10:35 am waiting for the store to open. The sign said it opened at 10:00 am. I called the other store to make sure it was still in business and was told they would open soon, just wait. That's not my idea of good customer service or the way to run a business.

Bought a canary here, and after a week it wasn't singing.. Owner called about every day to see if he was yet, and finally offered us to bring him back and exchange him. We took home a beautiful red factor canary, and on the second day, he started singing, and hasn't stopped since. Owner called several times to make sure we were happy with the new one, too. Will definitely buy from him again.
