Southern Chute

This company is the most expensive company in South Florida based on my experience. I always would like to use them, but after getting their quotes I end up hiring some another company. Thank goodness there are other companies who do the same chute related jobs for much less money. Also, some salespeople are arrogant, meaning they do not reply to emails and other requests on time. I am sure the owners of the company will not be happy if they knew it, but probably they do not know it. Remember to shop around when dealing with them and you will save a lot of money.

They replaced all the trash chute and guillotine doors in our 8 building condo facility. Excellent work at a reasonable price. They are licensed contractors and also do power-cleanings of trash lines which we had done recently with them as well.
