I have gone here since 2013 And recentIy took my daughters Girl Scout vest to have badges sewn on. Everything was pinned on the way I wanted, and said that I wanted them to make the numbers straight. They called about 3 hours later with a price. I knew that it was expensive, but it was already there so I said alright. I picked it up six days later, paid $35 plus tax and left. I noticed the numbers were crooked and the patch below them was sewn on very crooked, almost sideways. I called them and said I wanted to bring it back. The lady at the counter it at the counter was polite. I explained the problem and she made a ticket and took my phone number. The lady that does alterations came in as she was writing the ticket. The lady behind the counter explained what was wrong in and the seamstress said this is stupid (all in Spanish) and walked out the front door. I will not be bringing anything here again. It is overpriced and the staff thinks it's alright to insult customers.

It takes 3 to 4 days to get your clothes dry cleaned?!?!?!?!?!?! Of course, for an extra fee for each garment, they will guarantee that you can have it back in 3 days. So after several months of using this company, I am taking my business to a company that will only charge extra to get it back same day or within 24 hours. Plus, the counter service has really gone to the dogs. Even after discussing it with the owner, there is not attitude change with the employee. So Ciao.

What a great Dry Cleaner! First off, Gareth Wark, the man in charge of this shop has a terrific personality; very polite to all his customers; along with an old-school work ethic. Something totally lacking with most businesses in South Florida... When it comes to price, you can't be beat One Price Dry Cleaning! Gareth has a sign in the front window; noting his DC is yacht friendly! Yet it's that way for anyone who walks thru the front door. Cruiseship passengers like this location, too, because of its proximity to Port Everglades. My wife and I highly recommend Gareth and his business to anyone in Fort Lauderdale; visitors or locals.
