First of all, don't even bother to call the phone # listed above. After the recording prompts you to chose between English & Spanish there's a menu to choose between hours, sales, billing and customer service. Sales just rings 20 times then disconnects and the customer service recording claims it's putting your call through but disconnects instead.

I went into the store today to purchase 1 new phone and combine 2 lines plus the new one into the family bundle Metro has started offering. The new phone cost $178. The sales girl charged me for a $19 for a phone cover and clip that I didn't request. She didn't even mention it, just added it to my bill. She told me the phone came with a house charger and a car charger but when I got home the box only contained the house charger. Per the box, the phone cover and clip were included as was the non-existant car charger. I was charged separately for an item included by the manufacturer and the store withheld the other item in the box. After not getting through to the location on the phone I called Metro PCS corporate only to be told they are not responsible for the activities of even their exclusive retail store locations. Now I have to go all the way back to the store to HOPEFULLY get the missing item and request a refund for the extra charge.
