The Security D Course is a 40 hour training class that will teach students the basic principles of security including; physical security, access control, terrorism awareness and emergency procedures. Skill development shall include report writing, interviewing techniques, crime and accident prevention. The State of Florida requires this security training course to be thought at licensed security school. Once students complete the security training program, a training certificate will be issued for successfully completing our course. Students will then submit this certificate along with the Security D License Application to the State of Florida and they will be issued a temporary Security D License. When a student receives the Temporary Class D Security License he/she will then be eligible to work as a licensed security officer and start their security career. The Statewide Firearms G Course will teach students firearms safety, the principles of marksmanship, firearms mechanics and liability. Skill development shall include marksmanship fundamentals, loading and unloading, the 4-step draw and clearing malfunctions. The Certificate of Completion for successfully passing the Statewide Firearms G Course will be submitted along with the Department of Agriculture, Division of Licensing, Statewide Firearms “G” License Application. When the student receives the Class “G” Security License he or she will then be able to work security or as a private investigator in an armed capacity. All Statewide Firearms G Course material is in compliance with Florida Statute 493 and Florida Administrative Code legal guideline 5N-1. The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course teaches lay rescuers to effectively recognize and treat adult and life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child and infant victims. Students will also learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke in adults and breathing difficulties in children. Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Certification Course Description Completion of this course will prepare students as lay rescuers to effectively recognize and treat medical emergencies in the critical first minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive. First Aid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Automated External Defibrillator (AED Accreditation -American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Certification The Alternative & Non-Lethal Control Methods training is a comprehensive program that presents security officers with the tactics, techniques and procedures necessary to recognize, reduce and manage violent and aggressive behavior though alternative and non-lethal control methods. The Non-Lethal Self Defense Control Methods training program includes the Management of Aggressive Behavior-for public safety officers, Oleoresin Capsicum Spray- OC (Pepper Spray), Collapsible Baton and Handcuffing Techniques.
