We had Dry steam out to our house they were informative and professional. We had our carpets and tile cleaned "did an amazing job" but they also noticed an issue with my air conditioning closet. We had some mold growth, Dry Steam's technician suggested we call John the owner, and we did. John came out and he recommended we hire a mold testing company. Well we followed Johns advice and hired our own mold testing company. Tuns out John from Dry Steam was 100% correct. We hired Dry Steam to remove the mold and help us with our insurance billing. WOW. Thank you so much for all the extra effort. I highly recommend Dry steam cleaning and restoration.

BUYER BEWARE! Total bait and switch. Was quoted $110 over the phone, then when they arrived they said its more money to treat the stains on the couches. Then the guy walked out to call his boss and see if they can do it for the quoted price, he came back and said actually the couch pillows are an addional $125 on top of the $110, my reply was the pillows are part of the couch. Really poor way of doing business, BUYER BEWARE!
