Baer's Furniture

After going round and round for over 6 months unable to ever get someone to call back they will not honor warranty on their "top of the line mattress that broke down after less than a years use kings down and baers furniture are both disreputable and will never see another penny from me again

Unfortunately they seem very nice BUT they do not seem to have the furniture your purchase. I bought two sofas 8 weeks ago and still have not received them! I spent plenty of money in this store and no furniture to show for it--- I also bought two expensive chairs and a picture. thank goodness we took the picture with us!! $5000. and nothing to show for it- called the store..."oh you didn't get those yet ?" WHAT !???!!

Do not waste your time here. The products they sell are defective and they refuse to give refunds even if you paid upfront. The customer service is terrible, so you cant even count on them going out of their way for you. They have no apologies for their terrible service, policies, or product. If you need furniture or a mattress badly you would be doing yourself a major disservice by considering this place. AVOID!
