Bad Business at Lemay Branch

This branch on Lemay Avenue has two employees who have extremely poor communication skills, and one very untrained employee who has no knowledge of the basics of individual rights in our country. When I requested a withdrawal of cash from my account, a young man namedNeil told me I would have to "go home and bring proof of employment" to get my money.When I asked him politely to show me where the regulation is to show proof of employment to withdraw my own money, he told me to go home and look it up on my computer.When I told him politely again that I would like him to show me where theregulation is to provide proof of my employment, he became loud andwas still refusing to show me this regulation. His supervisor Eli came over and started speaking to me in a very loud voiceand with a scowl on his face. I asked Eli to speak to me in private. He made an assumption that I was asking something else, about requirements for bank reporting.He kept up treating me rudely and not listening to my request, stillassuming that I was asking for the regulation about bank reporting.When I finally told him that I would really appreciate some customer service and some respect, and that I would like him to listento my request one more time - "Where is the regulation that a customermust show proof of employment to withdraw cash funds?" - as Neilhad said, Eli stopped speaking in a rude nasty way to me, but neverdid understand that I was asking about Neil's statementabout providing proof of employment to withdraw some of my own money in cash. Or perhaps he was too embarrassed to admit he had an ill informed and ignorant employee.I believe that not only were these two men not trained in customerservice, but they were discriminating against me in theirlack of listening to me and making assumptions about what I had asked. I hope you never have to deal with these two employeesof this Public Service Credit Union on Lemay Street in Fort Collins, CO.

Don't bother with these morons. The branch manager is at the top of the stupidity chain and it only gets worse from there. BEWARE. There are no consistent policies, you're at the mercy of whoever's counter you happen to walk up to that day. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with Tammy, the manager, and got so fed up with her excuses, I had to hang up before I really went off. Unreal. We'll be pulling all of our accounts from this pathetic excuse for a credit union.

You 2 Idiots!

I have had zero problems with Public service and enjoy banking with them. Let me tell you what, they are 10 times better then Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, ect.Unless your into derivatives, laundering money for the mexican drug cartel, and forcing people to forclose on their homes to live on the street. Bank with them.

NOT HAPPY!

OMG!!!!! Talk about getting the run around the phone transfer system. Is it too much to ask for some CUSTOMER SERVICE at my own Branch? I have been a member for 40 years and am beyond disappointed. Just needed to talk to someone and got bounced all over Colorado and never did get my question answered. Bum me Out!!!

Try Calling Them

What a joke they list a local number but you end up with someone out of texas. They are great when you first go in to open up a account but if you try to get a hold of them or get service they are not worth the effort. They understaff there Branches so that means long waits. I will be closing my accounts with them and moving my money somewhere I can actually Call and talk to them and not have the feeling of cattle in the chute just waiting in line and pushed through.
