As first time home buyers, we were pretty lost when we decided to start our journey to purchase a home; not to mention we were a little scared at the thought of making such an expensive and life changing decision without much knowledge. I can't express how grateful we were knowing that we had Anthony throughout our journey. The knowledge he has obtained through his 15+ years in the industry really shows through his work and made us feel comfortable. He was very patient, responsive, and if he didn't know an answer to a question, he would always find it promptly. He got us a great deal and I'm excited to enjoy our new home!

One of the worst landlords I have ever met or came across. When we moved in our basement flooded and we decided to move the furniture out that was left there when we moved in. Well Anthony left it there to hide the black mold. We started checking all the walls to find more black mold and he had told his maintenance guy to just paint over it. Well the maintenance guy said he wasn't going to do that this time because I was pregnant. We told him we were going to have someone come look at the black mold unless he fixed the problem so he fixed it after a few months because he knew he could of been sued for covering it up. Who knows how many tenants had stayed there before us breathing in that black mold. Throughout our lease with him he kept a lockbox on the house and gave out the code to many random people he had never even met. These people were coming to our house to fix the drywall, mold problem, and flooding issue etc. I finally asked the maintenance guy to take off the lockbox for me because Anthony wouldn't and Anthony never changed the code so all those workers could have broken into our home at any time. He barely gave us any of our deposit back and charged us for made up fees. Please be careful when choosing to rent from him, he loves to sue people and is very greedy.
