The other staff are ignorant and unhelpful about procedural options and insurance coverage. Also, after scheduling my appointment on first day of Thanksgiving break (the month after I was due for a cleaning), they called as I was leaving town and informed me that they were charging me $60 because I forgot to show up, even though I did not receive a reminder. I was already looking elsewhere; that maneuver seals my departure.
