First, a $60 alignment turned in to a $215 repair bill. OK, fair enough I guess. I'm not a mechanic and can't really judge what work really needed to be done. However, when my van continued to pull right AFTER the work was completed, I took it back to have them look at it. They responded (after a couple of hours) with "it must be the brakes" and wanted authorization (aka $) to "investigate" a potential problem. When I pressed, they had not actually seen an issue with the brakes and had not even test driven the van to diagnose. Their attitude was, "our alignment is good, must be something else". They requested I leave the van overnight and would call me the next morning to review - No call. I called them and Brian responded that they were working on it and he would call me after they know something. So I drove by. I found my van sitting out front in the parking lot - not being worked on. I guess it's possible that it was unfortunate timing, so I drove by 5 hours later and found the same thing. I went inside to get a status and Brian said he hadn't been able to get to it to "rotate the tires so he could prove it was a tire issue".



It seemed to me that they were resolved to find anything else to blame the issue on (with cost) and would take no responsibility for not resolving the issue initially. I decided to cut my losses and asked for my keys.



My experience was lousy. I do not recommend these guys.

They have responded to our concerns and show that they are concerned about their reputation.
