Henderson Management-Real Estate

I originally thought that this was a good realty company, but I saw what they felt about me at the end of my lease. Of my $800 deposit they took nearly $600!!! I rarely used the dining room or living room, but they charged me $100.00 to clean the carpet. I was charged $120 for a so called MOVE-OUT cleaning. (Although, the lady that has brought over 5 people to the apartment unannounced told me that the apartment was always clean.) and to top things off they charge the tenant for even the clearest material that requires changing as a result of normal wear and tear. I was charged $150 to replace a broken outlet that I never saw, to replace drip pans on a stove and to change a lock. My question is how am I responsible for any of this? All of these alleged issues and they had a new tenant in the place in less than two days of me moving out. How is this legal? I am hurt by this because I paid my rent early most months, I never made any disturbances, and this is how they repay a good tenant. I will fight this as much as I can and I will be sure to warn as many potential tenants as I can. Thanks.
