DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR DEPOSIT!!! We rented a small apt from them and were great tenants. When it came to getting our deposit back we recieved an invoice stating we owe them $700 and we lost all of the deposit. They charge BOGUS CLEANING FEES. I have worked in maid cleaning service and know for a fact that it doesnt take EIGHT HOURS to clean a TINY 700 sp ft apartment which we left spotless. $300 cleaning fee, $200 carpet cleaning fee, $200 to Re-key the ONE DOOR to our apt. This is how they make their money, by robbing tenants of their deposits!

These people are a joke of a business. Never fixed anything that broke, slammed me with a $5400 "cleaning" fee. All the reviews say the same thing. Don't rent from them, you will be sorry. You will end up in litigation or bankruptcy...

i rented an apartment from these chumps with a good friend and there nothing but sharks. We fell a month behind on rent and and instead of helping or trying to work with us they as soon as legally possible evicted us, and worse; before we could get our stuff out they sent a crew to come steal from us! We luckily got there before everything we owned was gone or in the trash. One of the white trash people they sent even stole an entire crate of my little league baseball gear. As far as I'm concerned if karma is real whoever runs/works for this company will inevitably die of some excruciating variety of cancer, they stole my money, my property, and my memories. Is there a no star rating??
