These folks were wonderful! Compassionate and caring, they helped us navigate the serious illness we faced. They were educators and advocates and always treated us with kindness and respect.

Best hospital experience I've ever had, caring, kind people who want to make a difference and DO! I can't believe we have this gem in our remote area. So fortunate.

This hospital is a load of crap. I have never been treated this way by any hospital. They do not want to try to help you. They would rather pump u full of drugs and send u on ur way. My husband has been in and out of this ER the past 4 days and has yet to get any kind.d of answers to what's wrong.g with him. They refuse to run proper test to look. Running blood work and taken urine samples isn't going to help when ur in complete pain. Its a shame that the doctors make u feel like ur a druggie. Not everyone that comes in Is a drug addict. But the sure do make u feel that way. The doctor my husband seem every time was dr Pollock. And in his eyes everything ends with a drug problem. All I will say is not every problem has to do with drugs!!! This hospital is the crappiest hospital I have ever been in. So steer clear if u live In fort Bragg. Best bet is to travel to willits or Ukiah!!!

If your dying,...curl up in a ball in a corner and die.They will repeat the same testing over and over and give you the same results.They have almost killed my husband through malpractice in their ER by their very unqualified and unhospitable ER doctors and nurses.They see so many dope heads till they treat good people like addicts.Tonight My husband asked them to perform a stool sample antigen test for parasites due to the fact that we found our drinking water was contaminated with bacteria and my husband has been deathly sick and in and out of their ER has lost over 45 lbs in 4 months,Is bleeding from his rear and has had every test in the world yet they never even did a simple stool test and DR. BOB POLLARD told him "No i'm not going to do a stool test.Instead gave him his 4th time being diagnosed with h pylori and writing him another prev pac and kicking him out
