Went to TNA Marine looking for an O-Ring for a jet I had lost to a yamaha 115 motor. Aaron came out and helped me find one that he had, saving me $50, and then didn't charge me anything. He was very kind and easy to talk with and very helpful. Seems like a great shop and good customer service.

Reviews are true. After saying my boat was fixed 3 separate time and him having it for over a month, I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed.

Consumer Beware!

Everything from stolen equipment to missing parts, this "shop" is the lowest of the low. If you want a cheap price that is plagued with the least quality equipment and absolutely no detail to attention, this is the place for you. I lost license plates, seat cushions and ended up with a "new / scratched" wake board tower that I had to take to a secondary contractor to get it to work correctly.

STAY AWAY. TNA Marine is a small group of people that "think" they can fix and do things, when in actuality they cannot!.

My husband always gives the benifit of the doubt and continued to use this company for our boat. They would leave tools or carpet padding from changing the oil/summarizing/winterizing everytime we used them. This last time they broke a strap from our cover and also lost one. How do you do that? Hoping they replace with the exact strap to match all the others. Learned that cheaper price=cheaper work. This was the last straw for us. We do not recommend and will tell all our friends to go elsewhere from now on.

Tim is not as honest as he claim to be. I had my bayliner boat there for an insurance and he promised me the world. I received nothing close. The insurance company paid $3,800 to repair a hole in the hull, there was an attempt to return my boat back without a wash and wax which the insurance company paid for. I have filed a claim with TDI and have actual signed documentation from Tim that he repair all that was paid for by the insurance. A new lower unit, no, a $100 skeg instead. I have a plethora of insurance fraud which all have be submitted to TDI. I would not say this is Tim practice to get over on his clientele, but he did short me. Avery Taylor
