If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is not in their vocabulary - especially Deshawns. Don't waste your time here. Bought tires 6 months ago. 45,000 warranty and showing excessive wear after 20,000. Called and Deshawm said stop by and they would look at them. Immediately I'm told they need to see where it's been aligned since getting tires only 6 months ago . They said this BEFORE even walking out to look at tires! Deshawn goes out to look at tired, droves the car to a spot comes back in and does more paperwork talks to a few co workers then prints paper wirk and says sign here! I ask what is this them he says gives us permission to look at your tires when we get a chance! No one was there at all the place was deserted. So I sit and wait 10minutesbwhile two guys chat back in the back office them ask for my keys and say I have to leave. Once again his attitude voice and comments were not customer friendly at all. they're happy if your there to buy tires but not friendly if you're asking for the warranty work you paid fior! Have always used the professional DISCIUNT TIRE STORES for past many years but due to an emergency six months ago tried NTB. HERE I COME DISCOUNT TIRE. Keep your warranty NTB you're not worth my time! Stay away from FORNEY!

I took my car here today to get the tires rotated and balanced. The same place I always take it. I don't why I keep going here! The customer service is usually pretty bad and when someone does finally come out to help you, it takes forever to get your service completed. So, today after I get my tires rotated/balanced, I drive home and do the usual under the hood check and find my air cleaner has one sheared bolt and one loose bolt. Only four bolts! First, why did you even raise my hood? Second, why didn't you tell me you broke something? The store manager Phillip said he was sorry and they will fix it. Sorry, but you have worked on last one of my cars. I am taking it to the dealership tomorrow and have them fix it. I will bring you the invoice so you can reimburse me. Sad thing is, I have four cars and you have put tires on all of them. I have been a loyal customer since you opened your store in Forney. I will take my car to another store from now on! I wont even go into details on how many times I had to bring my daughters car back after you changed the struts. ***DO NOT GO TO THIS NTB***

First we called around ( of course) and got estimates. NTB was the lowest price for tires. We called and while Jeremy was the only one there, but was very polite when putting us on hold and quickly came back on the line to help us out. When we went in, Jeremy was the only one in front but was very quick to get back with us to help. He also helped us out in getting a good price for an alignment and the tires we need to fit our budget.

It didn't take long at all and Jeremy and the guys got us all squared away, plus we came away with estimates and more knowledge about issues with our vehicle. Even talked to us about the issues we had that they didn't service.

They didn't have to talk to us about the other issues or even look at them for us. I think they went above and beyond our expectations. They have quite a large area of services and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Loyd and his team at the NTB in Forney. The first time we met Loyd was during a road trip from Dallas to East Texas where we met a nasty pothole along the way. We hobbled into NTB on an early Sunday morning where Loyd was ALREADY there and offered us very helpful advice. Since our car was brand new we and could see more damage than just the tires and wheels, we decided to have it towed to the dealership for warranty work. But, Loyd left a great impression on me and we now drive from Dallas to Forney just to take care of our tire needs. I appreciate customer service, and Loyd and his staff have it.

the service is really good but jeez the prices are sooo high for tires. But i know that this is anywhere so i prefer them over the rest!!! We have used them twice now since we know how they are.
