Wonderful staff and even greater dentist. I feel like the dentist really cares and wants to make sure you have a wonderful smile.

This was the worse experience I've had with any dental office. There are a COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!!! Do not go there.

Ms Bad Experience

One of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Went it with bad tooth, needed to be pulled. That didn't surprise me. The staff is very nice but I probably needed antibiotics at least a few days before they actually extracted my tooth. Due to so much inflammation and infection they didn't get my mouth as numb as they should have. I have had to have several teeth pulled in my life, never had it hurt like this. I left crying and in excruciating pain, they never even called the next day to see how I was, which they said they would do. Nothing short of barbaric, I could of taken couple shots of whiskey and gave my husband a pair of pliers.

Definitely not a place I would recommend. Very shady billing office. Will push you to have procedures done by telling you that they contacted your insurance company and everything is covered. Their estimates are way off from what the actual charges are. They made a lot of promises to me and broke every promise they made. Wish I had read reviews of this dental practice on other sites. Could have saved me a lot of money, stress and time.

Went into see Dr. Hawkins fillings fell out and I was charged double then what Monarch Dental did. I went to another dentist and was told that there was no reason it should have costed as much it did and the care I received was horrile. I would never reccomend this dentist to anyone. My husband went in and ended up getting a treatment plan for a "DEEP" cleaning and was told that it was going to cost in the rang of 489$ that is with insurance. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

My wife went in and they told her that they were in our insurance network. Well to say the least "THEY LIED" 2 of the dentists are in network but the one they sent my wife to was not. The est. we were given does not even come close to what we will have to pay to fix my wifes tooth. She was told we would have to pay a little over $600 and it is going to be close to $1000. after insurance. We will not be back. We are wishing we had saw the report dated in dec. before we went.

I had a toothache and went in because they were on my insurance plan. Everyone was nice, but they had to take 5 x-rays because they could not reach my back teeth. Then a nice lady comes in and gives you the estimate. She said with my insurance it would be $70 dollarsto fix my problem. I said okay. A couple weeks later I get a bill from them for $68! They said my insurance this and that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whatever! They are a rip off! I will not go back there again and neither should you unless you enjoy overpaying and being taken advantage of!
