If I could give no star I would I have a package that has been there since 12-14-18 and the guy who answered the phone was a smart ass and didn’t even want to look up my order number to help me the worst service I’ve ever received!!!

3yrs later and I am having the same issues with this post office. Woman at the counter is rude and looks very unhappy being there, not helpful at all. Had my mail held and was going to pick up when I returned. It is now 3 days later and I am not only not getting ANY mail but when I went in to pick up my mail I was told it was out for delivery!! WHY? I had instructed that I would pick it up!!! IT NEVER CAME..How can this continue to go on? There is no accountability within the USPS. Totally disgusted. Would have mail put in a PO Box but WHY should I pay for deliveries.

My mail was delivered at 7:15 PM on Christmas Eve and I had the same problem as below with my mail not being held for 10 days as requested while I was on vacation. This Post Office needs a new manager. I was happy when I was under the Morrow Post Office, I don't understand why they started letting this Post Office deliver our mail in Lake City. Stupid move on managements part. They need to close the Forest Park Office and let the Morrow Post Office deliver our mail. Next time something like this happens with my mail, I will report it to someone up higher that can do something about it. This Post Office doesn't deserve even one star. They don't even answer the phone.
