This is a first class diagnostic center from start to finish. They honestly care, taking one patient at time, listening and delivering positive results. My ENT recommended a sleep study at this clinic. I had no clue what to expect. Ms. Elizabeth @ Sleep Diagnostics provided full coordination, she manages the appointments and much more, she’s the front door of the clinic, amazing talent and always follows-up. Any insurance issues are send to Ms. Bernadette, who breaks-through insurance roadblocks like an attorney – Wow, Thank you! The first week, I met with one of the sleep Doctor who examined me, went over my medical history and explained why I was recommended for a sleep study. Next step - the actual sleep over! The Tech – Mr. Benjamin (Who’s actually a doctor in another country) met me at 9pm when I walked in. He explained the entire process, even gave me a bottle of Poland Spring water. Mr. Benjamin has a special way of making a patient feel comfortable. He’s technical, knowledgeable, confident and can break-down every detail to a patient while promoting positive-health. I noticed a teenager who walked in with his Mom that evening for a sleep-over, they were both very apprehensive which was immediately leveled once Mr. Benjamin explained the process and made them feel at ease. During my sleep phase, Mr. Benjamin would quietly drop-in checking on the wire- leads, O2 levels in case I shifted during my sleep. An over-all positive experience.

Samara was the staff person who provided care for me on 12/22/12 She was very professional,friendly and knowledgeable regarding the sleep study and was very supportive in providing information. I was very apprehensive sleeping with various equipment attached but she made me feel very at home.I hope her center recognizes staff of her caliber. The room was very comfortable,queen bed,lazy boy and cable TV. I was very reluctant to have the test done but honestly it's really easy and I had no problems sleeping with equipment attached.I recommend this center for anyone considering a sleep study.Happy snoozing!
