Dealership Sucks!!!!

We got ripped off so bad by this dealership.

After we test drove the truck, which my husband wanted really bad.

We drove back to the dealership we couldn't drive very far because it was almost out of gas.

The dealer was with us during our test drive and I was asking him questions about the truck.

I had mentioned the Carfax report to him, Conveniently he claimed that his computer was not working and that unfortionantly he would not be able to get us the carfax report. 1st Red Flag....



While we were filling out the paperwork he brought up the fact that we could purchase an extended warranty but than he said he didn't really think it would be neccessary for us to purchase it and that it would cost us an additional $750.00 he said that his mechanic tuned up the truck and that it passed smog and it was in good mechanical working condition. 2nd Red Flag.....



Well we went ahead against better judgement and purchased the truck as is.



We brought to the dealers attention that it did not have a spare tire so he said he would pick us up one. Well the one he got had 5 lug nuts and the truck had 6 so that wouldn't work.

We never did get a spare tire from him.



The total amount of our purchase price included everything including Tax and License.

When my husband went to pick up the registration after the dealer said he had it done. Dealer tried to get us to pay extra money because when he went to register the truck the fees were more than the deal thought they'd be.



My husband drove the truck around just locally 2 days later the check engine light came on, when my husband went to the dealership to pick up the registration he told the dealer...his reply was nothing is wrong with it, I had it smogged.

He we go again trying to believe and trust the man.

I paid for a Carfax report, the truck had been in an accident in 2005, was sold at an auction which that's were the dealer purchased it from

Well my husband drove the truck from Rialto to Corona and back

Only had truck 1 week and it overheated on the freeway it had a blown headgasket and we had to get a rebuilt engine put in it!!!! The Dealer insisted that he drove it with no water in it. The problem with that remark was that I put coolant in it after we brought it home. Which I thought it was odd that it was so low. Also checked all of the fluids and everything was ok............

We were took and I am out the money I paid for the Truck plus now the repairs.
