Clairemont Equipment Co.

I bought a used Snorkle TB42. It is in nice shape except for an hydraulic leak. The equipment was sold "As Is" but the salesman and I agreed that Clairmont would repair the hydraulic leak. It was delivered without the repair. A mechanic came to my property without the proper tools or parts, called the Clairmont's office, told them it would be a 3 hour job and left. Days later I got an apologetic email saying that they wouldn't be able to do the work. A promise is a promise. They lied.

Great place! Steve was very friendly and even bought me a soda! rented a skid steer and it worked great! I will tell all my friends!

counter were very helpful and answered all my questions with a smile even made me a perfect cup of coffee!!!! I left with a smile on my face and I have a lot of projects to do so ill be back!!!!!!

I have been to this location twice. One time to rent a tractor and the service at the counter was bad. Very unfriendly and unhelpful with any questions I had. But I went back a second time thinking maybe it was just a bad day a no. It was the same bad service with a different sales person and had the same bad attitude. I would not rent from here again.
