If you like being 'talked at' instead of 'talked to', especially when you question what they are saying & can substantiate your question with proof, than this is the place to go. Have the attitude that their way (along with the products they handle) is the only way.

Messed up medication numerous times - once made the dog really sick & when called about it was told that too strong of a dose - which is what was given - would not make dog sick. Research on my part found that it would! Sad they cannot admit when they are wrong!
