SAFE Credit Union

Terrible customer service. It gets worse and worse each time I have to go into the Folsom branch, no matter how simple or small the transaction. The teller, who I found out later was also the assistant manager, rolled her eyes and even made snide comments when apparently she had to actually do a little work. I called customer service since she was the rudest teller I've ever encountered, yet no one bothered to call me back or follow up or apologize or anything. I guess SAFE doesn't care how its customers are treated. I would suggest going to a different bank who actually appreciates a customer's business, I know I'm going to switch banks. I've had enough of rude SAFE employees.
