Rude , non helpful people.Husband asked what I needed when I walked in I answered a popular Award was winning author. He shrugged his shoulders and then went about what he was doing ignoring me. I said ok I will find itn myself. Listening to his wife on the phone be rude and very short as well as condescending to the person on the phone. After I waited in a short line for her to stay in her seat and be rude to the man in front of me too. Iwould have walked out right then except I really wanted a book.I asked her about the author she says she does not know what I'm talking about. I tell her everyone has her in the front of their store she's been an award winning author for 13 year. she tells me that does not matter I have not heard of her. Then she says give me her name again and I'll order it for you. at which point I told her not to botherworrying about it.and left. Every time I've tried to come to this store same issue or they are closed. I would have never shown up here except that book barn is closing and told me to give it a try. Nevermind Colton books you definitely will not have my business. Continue to treat people rude and your business will not last long
