I really like the drs there. It's the girl at the front that was very unprofessional. I do realize you need to call your child's refills in before you run out 3 days in advance. I stopped in Yesterday because I had a missed call from there after talking to the nurse that morning.. I asked the girl if she could find out who called? She asked why? I told her I'd talked to the nurse that morning and ordered medicine and the nurse told me it may be ready the next day..maybe the call was because it was ready or they needed more info. She said NO if you ordered it it takes 3-4 days . She went back to what she was doing and I said no that's not what she told me . She said noway 3-4 days and she went back to work. It's the one that maybe speaks Spanish . She totally ignored me so I walked out. So now I don't know if they need info or what? Because she wouldn't check. She just kept saying 3-4 days . I don't want to call today because she may answer phone .

I work in medicine, anesthesia to be exact, so I fully understand what patient care entails. That being said, I have been coming to this particular office for 3 years, and I have yet to be seen in a reasonable amount of time (I'm almost always the ONLY person waiting in the waiting area).

I have 3 children, and have been doing the pediatrician thing for many years, so I speak from experience when I say the wait time is completely unacceptable. The office staff, nurses, and the physician are all very nice, but nice doesn't reimburse my time. I would be completely understanding regarding my wait if the waiting area was filled, but it never, ever is. I could have a patient anesthetized, and back into the recovery room in the amout of time I wait for my child to be seen. It is a nice facility, but time management is clearly a problem.
