Pro Nail

I have been going to this salon for over 18 years. I've never had any problems with my nails. I love the look of the new shop - BEAUTIFUL!!! You need to come in and see all the updates.

They are under construction, so I'm not judging them on that. But the pedicure bowl was dirty with dead skin & dirt floating in it. A really young girl did my pedicure. And she was rushed & messy while polishing my nails. I won't be back. :(

This place is terrible! I made an a appointment for my mother and I at 6pm and we were not seen till 7:15. They kept on working on small parts of my nails and then leaving to do something else. I can still see some of the nail polish I had on before I got "French manicured" under it now. The owner got upset with me when I told her my nails were too long even though I told her I wanted short nails and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She never even cut them down so that they were even, I had to ask the next technician to do that.
They made me pay for a design I never got! I ended up paying $37 (I also give her a tiny tip because I was taught to tip regardless) for a French manicure with white tips, a tan nail & a glitter top coat. This price also came with the added bonous of bad attitudes, getting talked about to other employees & customers, not getting what I paid for, my appointment time ignored, long waits and being overcharged!

I love this place. I Have been going to Pro Nail since 2007. They are like my second family. When after the second visit they can remember your name....that's a place I would continue to go. Kind of like Cheers, lol. They are friendly and aim to please. Thanks guys for doing what you do! I'm never disappointed.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER. They are so friendly and they also have waxing. They do a great eyebrow wax.
